Hi, I’m CHLOE

I started my career in public relations managing media relations for brands in Austin, Texas. I could be seen wearing a hard hat one day, taking journalists on a tour of a soon-to-be opened major hotel that would change the city's skyline forever. On other days I was behind the scenes hosting press conferences for city-wide events with guests of honor like the mayor, or coordinating broadcast interviews with spokespeople, or organizing tasting events between restaurants and food bloggers. 

As I grew in my career I provided strategic guidance to tech founders, c-level execs at Fortune 500 companies, and school districts. I've worked with companies of all shapes and sizes. From Goliaths like Crayola and Kelly Services, to startup app developers and boutique architects. 

I loved the variety, the leadership opportunities, and the ability to create on a daily basis. And I especially loved the opportunity to support other women in their goals - whether they were a visionary client or a collaborative team member. Through these moments, I discovered a knack I had for encouraging other women to accomplish more than they thought they were capable of, and how this could be done simply by having someone who both believed in them and wouldn’t let them get in their own way. This realization led to my coaching journey through Co-Active Training Institute which taught me all about how to live a life in alignment with your purpose, vision, and values - and the importance of fierce courage along the way. 

I founded West Haven on the belief that the world needs women entrepreneurs (here's why), and with the mission of helping women use their voices to build their businesses in a way that feels both meaningful to their audiences and authentic to themselves. 

My approach to marketing and PR doesn't include get rich quick schemes or pushing you to do something you have a visceral reaction to. My approach is about building a sustainable business that allows you to increase your impact while growing your revenue.
